Refund Policy

At Somatic Founder, we are committed to providing personalized support, coaching, and nervous system regulation programs designed to help clients build greater resilience, wellbeing, and sustainable performance.
Because our services involve individualized protocols, coaching, support, and time-based access, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available.
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases are generally non-refundable.
By purchasing any Somatic Founder program, subscription, protocol, coaching package, or support plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Personalized services begin immediately upon enrollment.
- Access to protocols, recommendations, and support constitutes delivery of the service.
- Results depend on many factors, including participation, consistency, personal circumstances, and implementation.
For these reasons, refunds are generally not available after purchase.
2. No Refunds Will Be Issued For
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to participate
- Partial use of the service
- Unused check-ins
- Unused messaging support
- Missed coaching sessions
- Failure to achieve desired results
- Early cancellation of a subscription
- Cancellation during an active protocol cycle
- Failure to read the program description before purchasing
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not generate a refund for payments already made. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
4. Active Protocol Periods
Each enrollment includes a personalized protocol period. If you choose to cancel during an active protocol cycle, your access to the protocol and all associated support will remain available until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days, unused support, or incomplete participation.
5. Deep Support Plan — Capacity Exception
The Deep Support Plan is limited in capacity. If Somatic Founder is unable to provide the Deep Support Plan as purchased due to lack of available capacity, scheduling limitations on our part, or inability to accommodate your enrollment, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or
- Placement on a waitlist until a space becomes available.
This is the primary circumstance under which a refund will automatically be issued.
6. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified duplicate payments or billing errors caused by Somatic Founder will be refunded or corrected.
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase that has already been delivered may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services. Please be aware that payment processors such as Stripe and Paddle maintain records of chargeback activity, which may affect your ability to make future purchases through those platforms.
9. Exceptions
Any refund outside the circumstances described in this policy is granted solely at the discretion of USKUT LLC. No statement by a coach, contractor, employee, or representative shall modify this policy unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of USKUT LLC.
