Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This page is maintained by Aseya Lukina to describe how personal information is handled by her private psychology practice and this website.
What is collected
When you contact the practice or book a session, Aseya collects the information you share directly: your name, contact details, and anything you choose to disclose during intake or sessions. This site itself does not require an account to browse.
How it is used
Your information is used only to arrange and deliver the work you have engaged Aseya for, and to comply with legal obligations that apply to psychological practice.
Confidentiality
Clinical information is treated as confidential, with the three legally required exceptions described in the Terms & Conditions (risk of serious harm, abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, valid court order). Aseya works outside insurance networks; clinical information is not shared with insurers.
Retention
Records are retained only as long as needed for the work and for legally required record-keeping periods, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what information is held about you, request corrections, or ask for deletion where the law allows. Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe.
Website & third parties
This site is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure. Fonts and static assets are served from standard content delivery networks. No tracking-based advertising is used.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, please reach out via the contact channel shared during intake.
